About Us

Corniche Construction Limited has been around a long time securing its first contract in August 1983. The Company has grown as has its client list and spectrum that includes working now within the Education, Ecclesiastical and Healthcare sectors in addition to Residential and Commercial.  We work directly with Architects and Surveyors, Local Authorities and Government Departments either by traditional tendering or negotiation.

Our administrive head office is located on The Manor Royal Estate in Crawley, West Sussex, which positions us centrally in south east England. This location enables us to service a wide operational area which includes Buckinghamshire, Hampshire, Kent, Sussex, Wiltshire and Central London.

It is not what we do not do – we cover everything from New Build, Refurbishment and Alteration as well as Maintenance with a diverse Client base. A large portion of our work is based around working in and with schools to improve and enhance the learning experience for pupils and staff.

Whether the project is £1000.00 or £2.5m – all have the same commitment to woking with our clients aiming to complete their project to their satisfaction, their quality requirment, and within time.

Our team of direct employees is supplemented by Specialist and other Sub-contractors. Corniche will only engage trades if they can demonstrate they are trained, qualified, and satisfy our quality requirements. All our Contracts are over seen by a Director who makes frequent visits to site throughout the life of a project.
